The book includes the historic speech by U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright on "Iran in the New Millennium: Opportunities and Challenges" and the response of H.E. Hadi Nejad Hosseinian, Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations. It also presents other speeches and awards given at the Iranian New Year Gala (2000).
